Our Activities & Initiatives
At Kaivalya Seva Sanstha, we design impactful initiatives that address real-life emotional and mental challenges faced by individuals, especially youth and educators. Our programs focus on spreading awareness, building emotional strength, and creating a supportive environment for personal growth.
A creative initiative that uses the power of cinema to raise awareness about mental health and encourage open conversations.
Mental health challenges among teenagers and educators are increasing rapidly. Students often face anxiety, peer pressure, and academic stress, while teachers deal with burnout, emotional fatigue, and high responsibilities.
To address these issues, we organize the Real Eyes to Realise Film Festival — an innovative platform that uses storytelling and visual media to create awareness and break the stigma around mental health.
Through impactful films and discussions, this initiative:
- Encourages open conversations about mental well-being
- Helps individuals relate to real-life emotional challenges
- Promotes understanding, empathy, and support
- Inspires positive change in mindset and behavior
In today’s education system, emotional well-being plays a crucial role in effective learning and teaching. Recognizing this need, we implement Social Emotional Intelligence (EI) Training Programs aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Emotional Intelligence is the ability to understand and manage one’s emotions while also empathizing with others. Our training programs focus on integrating EI into teacher education and professional development.
Key Objectives
- Enhance emotional awareness and self-regulation
- Improve teacher-student relationships
- Support stress management and decision-making
- Build empathy and communication skills
Structured training programs to develop emotional awareness and resilience among teachers and students.
